About Kristen Williams
I was drawn to Zeta Phi Beta because of its commitment to purposeful service, scholarship, and community impact. Stepping into leadership felt like a natural extension of my desire to contribute meaningfully, help strengthen our chapter, and uphold the standards of excellence and order that define our sorority.
I love meaningful conversations about leadership, personal growth, and service. I’m always open to connecting around mentoring, navigating career transitions, or how we can continue to elevate our chapter and our sisterhood.
One of the most impactful memories has been witnessing our sisters come together during times of change or challenge. Seeing how we lead with grace, unity, and accountability reinforced for me what true sisterhood looks like in action.
Outside of Zeta, I’m passionate about mentoring young adults, fitness, journaling, and traveling. I also enjoy music and have a background in violin and piano.
Finer Womanhood resonates with me most because it reflects how we show up in every space. It’s about integrity, intentional leadership, personal accountability, and uplifting others through both our actions and our example.
